Does the free trial have any limitations?

The free trial is fully featured and has all the same features as our paid plan. It is however limited to 10 invoices or quotes.

Our paid plan also receives the highest priority support.

What happens if I use up all my invoices in the trial?

You will still have full access to all of your current and existing quotes and invoices. You can still print, send and view these items. Clients can still pay for invoices online.

Is there a fee for online payments?

Pin Payments (an Australian company) is our chosen payment provider and they charge us a small fee per transaction. The fee is 1.75% of the invoice amount + 30c. We then pass this fee on to you.

You then have the option of passing this fee onto your clients as well. Or you can simply absorb the cost and work it into your own pricing structure.

Are plans billed monthly or annually?

You can choose to pay monthly or annually.

The choice is yours.

Why don't you have XYZ feature?

If there is a specific feature that you require, we would love to hear about it! We are more than happy to build in new features to the system.

Can we have multiple users?

Currently it is a 1 user per-plan system.

You can have multiple people log on with the same login credentials but there is only 1 log in per plan.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No, you can sign up to the free plan to give us a test run. All you need is an email address to get started.
