Allowing your clients to pay their invoices online is a pretty neat feature which can take away a lot of the hassle associated with chasing up money from clients.

You simply send them the link to the invoice, they pay using their credit card and you get the money in your account within 2 business days.

We use Stripe as our online credit card payment processor – https://stripe.com/au

Steps to connect with Stripe

1. Log in to Simple Invoices, where you will see the ‘Connect with Stripe’ button at the bottom of the page.

2. Click this button to be taken to Stripe where you can log in to your Stripe account or create a new account.

3. Once logged in or your Stripe account is created, you will be redirected back to Simple Invoices and your Stripe account will be connected with Simple Invoices.

4. That’s it. A Pay Now button will appear on your invoice and your clients can now pay you for your invoices online.

Why Stripe?

Processing payments online is surrounded by complex legal, security, fraud and compliance issues which require the need for a third-party payment provider. The payment provider is fully compliant and up to date with all of these issues.

We chose Stripe because their registration process is by far the easiest, they have excellent features, outstanding support and they are trusted by the millions of users and the worlds largest organisations. Stripe is certified to the highest standard of security in the payments industry, PCI Level 1.
